1. Bot Usage

By using Crimson Hollow bots, you agree:

Not to use bots for illegal activities
Not to attempt reverse engineering
To comply with Discord's ToS at all times

2. Moderation

Our bots may automatically:

Ban users attempting raids/nukes
Report malicious activity to Discord
Blacklist servers engaging in abuse

3. Restricted Bots

Specialized bots like Asphalt require:

Verification of identity
Signed legal waiver
Active Crimson Hollow membership

4. Liability

We are not responsible for:

False positives in moderation
Service interruptions
User conflicts between servers

5. Termination

We reserve the right to:

Remove bot access without notice
Permanently blacklist abusive users
Report illegal activity to authorities
